INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
3 oz Butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Persimmon pulp
1 1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter and sugar, add egg, blend well. Add dry ingredients and milk.
Stir in persimmon pulp. Pour into greased pan (9x13) bake 1 hour at 325
degrees.
