INGREDIENTS

2 c Packed fresh basil leaves
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c Pine nuts
1 1/4 c Extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Romano cheese
3/4 ts Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Place basil and garlic in a blender or food processor and puree. Add oil
and mix thoroughly, then blend in parmesan and romano cheeses. Fold in pine
nuts with a spatula.
