Cream cheese, OR 1/2-lb American cheese, cubed |

Jar pimentos, finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first seven ingredients in a double boiler and cook until mixture
thickens. While mixture is still hot add hard-boiled eggs, cream cheese or
American cheese, onion and pimentos. Blend well and put in jars or other
containers. Cover and store in refrigerator.
