Chinese Rice 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 c Rice
2 tb Pimento
1 Scallion
3 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Oil
1/2 ts Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil or steam rice (see recipes).
2. Dice pimento and mince scallion. Then add to cooked rice, along with soy
sauce, oil and sugar. Mix well to blend; then serve.
