INGREDIENTS

1/4 ts Each cardamom, turmeric,
Ground coriander and cumin
1/8 ts Each ground cloves & nutmeg
1 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Paprika
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 ts Fresh ginger, grated
1/4 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Pineapple, finely diced

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir spices together in a small skillet over low heat for a minute or two.
Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and pineapple juice and cook over medium heat,
stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add diced
pineapple. Stir. Makes eight 2-Tablespoon servings
