INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, place the tomatillos and cilantro. Blend until chopped. Add
the chiles, sour cream, chicken stock, oil, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
Blend until smooth. Store refrigerated until ready to use. Yield: about 2
