We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

I commend solitude to any of you who are seeking salvation, first, that you may study well your case as in the sight of God. Few men truly know themselves as they really are. Most people have seen themselves in a looking-glass, but there is another looking-glass, which gives true reflections, into which few men look. To study one’s self in the light of God’s Word, and carefully to go over one’s condition, examining both the inward and the outward sins, and using all the tests which are given us in the Scriptures, would be a very healthy exercise; but how very few care to go through it!
C.H. Spurgeon

Satan and his demons never, never act against God’s people without the permission of God. And when God gives them permission, He always uses their work to accomplish some divine purpose. Often, to exalt the power of God and prove the devotion of His followers, God permits Satan to work the hardest on the noblest servants of God.

This is a delicious way to capture the flavor and color of pomegranites
(one of my favorite fruits).
Peel the pomegranites and remove the seeds (may be easier under running
water). Briefly run the seeds with some of the water through the blender.
Strain the pulp, pressing on the seeds to extract all the juice. Run some
water through the strainer and press again. Add enough water to make 2
cups of liquid. Add a little grenadine syrup to brighten the color and add
more flavor. Add sugar to taste. Pour into a saucepan. Sprinkle the tapioca
over the surface and let sit for 5 minutes. Heat the mixture and simmer
until the tapioca grains are translucent. Serve cold.
