We all know we need rest from work, but we don’t realize we have to work hard just to rest. We have to plan for breaks. We have to schedule time to be unscheduled. Pork Chops and Apples #2

INGREDIENTS

6 Pork chops
4 Apples; unpeeled, cored and sliced
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Place apple slices in greased baking
dish; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, dot with butter. Add pork
chops, cover; bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
