INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle pork chops with mustard, sugar & salt. Brown lightly on each side
in butter or margarine. Put in baking pan. Make gravy with butter left in
pan; add flour & cider to make a medium-thick gravy. If the cider is
getting too 'hard', all the better. Pour over chops, add slices of apple on
each chop. Bake in 375 oven for 40 minutes in pan covered with foil. Remove
foil & bake
10 minutes longer.
