INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Raw potato; peeled, sliced thin
2 c Ham; cubed
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped
2 Green Onions; Chopped Including, Tops
1 cn Cream of celery soup
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in 11/2 quart casserole. Cover.
Microwave at high (100%) until potatoes are tender, 12 to 14 minutes,
stirring once during cooking time. Sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave at
medium high (70%) until cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
