INGREDIENTS

3 Fresh Idaho potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 md Onions, sliced
2 tb Butter or margarine
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

In 3-quart microwave-safe casserole combine all ingredients. Cover loosely
with plastic wrap; cook on High 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes and
onions are tender, stirring several times. Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 6
servings.
