Eggs, Dairy Swiss Eggs 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Unbaked pie shell
1/2 c Bacon or ham; chopped fine (if bacon; cook half way)
1/2 c Chopped onions; sauted
1/2 c Swiss cheese; grated
1 c Sour cream
2 Eggs; whipped
Salt & pepper to taste
Sprinkle of parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Bake pie shell, final 10 minutes covered with foil to keep from browning.
Sprinkle ham or bacon, sauted onions and cheese over the crust. Mix
together the sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper, and parsley. Pour egg
mixture over the ingredients in the pie crust. Bake in a 350 degree oven
until set but not dry, about 20 minutes.
