1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Cornmeal
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne
2 tb Oil
4 Lemon wedges

Coat fish with a mixture flour and cornmeal, salt and pepper. Heat 2 tbsp
oil in skillet over medium heat; cook fish 5-6 minutes. Turn and cook 5-6
minutes until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
