INGREDIENTS

1 cn (29-oz) peaches
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
2 Sticks cinnamon
1 ts Whole cloves
1 ts Whole allspice

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain peaches. To syrup, add sugar, vinegar and spices. Boil 5 minutes. Add
peaches and simmer 5 minutes. Chill several hours.
