INGREDIENTS

8 Egg yolks; (up to 10)
1 c Grated coconut
1/4 c Coconut milk
2 1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Oil for the mold
1 ts Vanilla
2 tbs b butter

INSTRUCTIONS

OVEN: 350F
Stir everything and bake in a mold, oiled and sprinkled with sugar, in a
waterbed for 25 minutes.
