INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Pear nectar
2 tb Salad oil
2 tb Raspberry vinegar
1/2 ts Dried basil; crushed (1/2 to 1)
1 ts Dijon-style mustard
1 ts Sesame oil
1/8 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a jar.  Cover, shake well.  Store in
refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.  Shake before serving.  Makes 1/2 cup.
Great with Northwestern Chicken Salad!
