INGREDIENTS

1 c Toasted walnuts
1 pk (8-ounce) softened cream cheese
1/4 lb Roquefort cheese
2 tb Cream; (up to 3)
Nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop 1 cup of toasted walnuts. With an electric mixer, blend 1 (8-ounce)
package softened cream cheese with 1/4 pound Roquefort cheese. Add enough
cream to give mixture a spreading consistency (2 to 3 tablespoons). Add
nuts and mix to combine. Serve with apple and pear slices, grapes and
crackers.
