Gourmet Cooks Italian. this is a every interesting and informative book!!
so if you love true "Italian" cooking i suggest getting this cookbook:>
Completely defrost a 10 oz box of chopped spinach and squeeze out most of
the water. OR, quickly blanch a bunch of freah spinach and chop it up.
Drain very well. Prepare a batch of Sausage Polenta (see post #1) and stir
in the spinach as the last step. Mold and cool. Slice and pan-fry in a
