INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Small to medium size shrimp, frozen; thawed
16 oz Linguini
6 oz Snow peas, frozen; thawed
Or a handful of fresh; blanched
6 Green onions; chopped
4 md Tomatoes; peeled, chopped, and
Drained
3/4 c Olive oil
1/4 c Fresh parsley; chopped
1/3 c Wine vinegar
1 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Basil
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Black pepper; coarsley ground

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook linguini according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Rinse
with cold water and drain again.  Combine shrimp, linguini, and remaining
ingredients; toss gently.  Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
NOTES : If using fresh shrimp use 1 1/2 pounds umpeeled medium size
shrimp.  Bring 5 cups water to boil; add shrimp and cook 3 to
5 minutes.  Drain well; rinse with cold water.  Chill.  Peel and
de-vein shrimp.
