INGREDIENTS

1 1/2	c	Flour
1	c	Sugar
1	c	Butter
1		Lemon rind; grated
1	tb	Sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients. Roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut out (you may drop by
teaspoon). Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Watch carefully as they will burn
quickly. From a recipe dated 1797!
