INGREDIENTS

1 Scallion stalk
1 Or
2 sl Fresh ginger root
1/8 c Stock
1/4 c Sherry
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 1/2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Honey
1 ds Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut scallion stalk in 1/2-inch sections; mince ginger root. Then
combine with remaining ingredients.
2. Add to pork and marinate.
