INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Brown sugar |

| 2 | tb | Lemon juice |

| Lemon rind |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add: Bring ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Turn meat in juice during baking.
