INGREDIENTS

1 Bay leaf
1 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 c Water
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Flour
Lemon rind

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown meat. Put in large casserole. Brown onions in pan. Add: Bring
ingredients to boil. Pour over meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
Turn meat in juice during baking. Drain 2 cans of butter beans. Add beans
to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
