INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/2 | c | Water |
| 2 | c | Bisquick |
| 1 | c | Catsup |
| 1 | pk | Sloppy joe seasoning |
| 2/3 | c | Milk |
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef and drain. Add catsup, water and seasoning mix. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix Bisquick and milk to make a soft dough. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan and spread meat mixture over it. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
