Line a 15x10x1" pan with foil and coat generously with non-stick spray.
Place crackers in rows on foil. In sauce pan, melt margarine; add brown
sugar and bring to a boil, and boil 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and
spread until completely covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min; turn off
oven. Remove from oven and sprinkle with nuts and chips; return to oven
until chips are melted. Use a greased spatula to press nuts into chocolate.
Cut while candy is still warm. Remove from foil when cooled completely.
