INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ground beef
1 c Green onion — chopped
2 cn Enchilada sauce
1 lb Sharp cheddar — grated
Chili powder to taste
1 pt Sour cream
Pepper
2 pk Corn tortillas
Garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown meat; drain grease. Season to taste. heat enchilada sauce in large
saucepan. Add chili powder. Dip tortillas in hot sauce and lay in deep
casserole, covering bottom and sides. Place layer of browned meat in
casserole. Sprinkle a few chopped onions over meat, then cheese, then a few
dabs of sour cream, then a little enchilada sauce. Continue with layers of
tortillas (dipped in sauce), meat, onion, cheese, sour cream, and sauce.
Place in a 350 oven for 45 mintues. Cut in squares and serve.
