INGREDIENTS

3 lg Tomatoes — coarsely
Chopped
1 sm Onion — finely diced
2 Cloves garlic — minced
Juice of 2 limes
1 Jalapeno chile — minced
1 ts Salt
1 bn Cilantro — minced

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, chile,
salt, and cilantro. Let rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 3-1/2 cups.
