INGREDIENTS

35 Ears fresh corn (or 16-18 cups cut corn)
1 lb Butter (do not substitute)
1 pt Half and half

INSTRUCTIONS

Put in a 325 degree oven. Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally. Remove
and cool. When cool, freeze. To serve, just heat in double boiler or
microwave.
