pn Ground Ginger
2 ts Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 ts Vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black Pepper
1 lb Peeled Shrimp
Oil For Deep Frying

INSTRUCTIONS

DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients except the prawns, and oil for frying. Coat
the prawns with this mixture and leave for 3 hours. Deep-fry in hot oil,
drain on absorbent paper.  Serve hot.
