INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/8 ts Ground cinnamon
1/8 ts Ground cardamom
1 c Seedless green grapes
1 c Seedless red or black grapes

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep: 5 min, plus refrigeration time.
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add grapes and
stir gently until well coated. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
