INGREDIENTS

1 Clove garlic
2 tb Soy sauce
1 tb Sherry
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/4 ts Ground anise

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mince garlic; then combine with remaining ingredients.
2. Rub into pork and let stand 1 hour.
