INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Oil
3 tb Sesame oil
1 ts Red pepper, crushed
3 tb Honey
2 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Salt
8 oz Spaghetti
2 tb Cilantro, chopped
1/4 c Peanuts, chopped, roasted
1/4 c Green onion, minced
1 tb Sesame seeds, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

Stir red pepper and oils over med. heat for 2 minutes.  Add honey, soy
sauce and salt.  Stir to combine and set aside.  Cook spaghetti in
boiling salted water for 9 minutes.  Drain and combine with soy sauce
mixture.  Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnite.  When ready
to serve, add chopped cilantro, peanuts and green onions to noodles.
Toss together.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds and whole cilantro leaves.
