INSTRUCTIONS
TO SERVE
In a large bowl combine all ingredients execept the watercress and
tomatoes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a sausage. Repeat
with the remaining mixture. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill until hot and place sausages on a grill rack. Cook for about
15 minutes, turning from time to time until golden brown.
Serve the watercress and tomatoes on a side plate
