INGREDIENTS

1/2 pk EDEN Kamut Spaghetti
15 oz Can EDEN Navy Beans drained
14 1/2 oz Can EDEN Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
5 Scallions; chopped
1/4 c Cilantro, chopped
1 md Red pepper; chopped
1 tb Lemon juice
1 ts Cumin
2 tb EDEN Shoyu

INSTRUCTIONS

Break spaghetti into one inch pieces, cook as package directs, drain and
rinse. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 4-5 servings
