INGREDIENTS

1 pk (10-oz) frozen spinach
3 oz Cream cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Chives

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix softened cream cheese with chives to
taste, adding mayonnaise until mixture is creamy. Layer spinach and cream
cheese mixture in slightly greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle shredded
Mozzarella cheese on top and bake at 325 for about 30 minutes.
