INGREDIENTS

1 lb Fresh spinach
3/4 lb Bacon
3 tb Bacon drippings
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1/2 c Salad oil
1 ds Garlic powder
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Wash spinach leaves; drain well. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Mix
ingredients for dressing together; blend well. Pour dressing over greens
and chill briefly before serving.
