Spinach Salad with Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

4	c	Baby spinach leaves, washed and dried
1	c	Firm ripe strawberries, sliced
1	tb	White wine vinegar
3	tb	Lightly flavored olive oil
1/4	ts	Fresh cracked black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the stwarberries on top of the spinach in a salad bowl. Drizzle the
vinegar, then oil. Add pepper, toss and serve.
