INGREDIENTS

1 lb Pork
1/2 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Sherry
1 tb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut pork in 1-inch cubes. Combine soy sauce, sherry and sugar. Add to
pork and toss. Place in heatproof bowl.
2. Steam on a rack until done (about 1-1/2 hours). See HOW-TO SECTION.
