INSTRUCTIONS
** For Blueberry Mush, use blueberries. For Raspberry Mush, use
raspberries. For Blackberry Mush, use blackberries. For Cherry Duff, use
cherries. For Peach Duff, use peaches. Sift flour, baking powder and salt
together, and work in the butter. Add the milk and mix thoroughly. Combine
sugar, fruit and lemon juice. Mix with first batter. Pour into a buttered
mold, cover tightly and steam for 45 minutes. Serve with cream. Source:
