INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Butter
1 c Sliced mushrooms
2 Finely chopped garlic
Cloves
1 lb Bay scallops
3 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dry sherry

INSTRUCTIONS

In skillet, melt butter; saute mushrooms & garlic in butter until
tender. Add scallops & lemon juice. Cook & stir until scallops are
opaque, 3-5 minutes. Stir in sherry; heat through.
