INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oil in a wok & stir-fry the garlic until brown. Add the tomatoes,
tofu, bean sprouts, chilies, onion, salt, pepper & oyster sauce. Stir-fry
for 2 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
