INSTRUCTIONS
In a saucepan, stir together water and sugar. Simmer over medium heat for
about 5 minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved. Let syrup cool
and place in blender. Add lemon juice, fruit and liqueur and blend mixture
until it is smooth. Place in a metal dish, cover and freeze for at least 3
hours, stirring the outer frozen mixture into the center every half hour,
until firm but not solidly frozen. Just before serving, scrape with a fork
to lighten the texture Makes
