Italian Dumplings 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground cooked sweet Italian
Sausage
1 lg Diced onion
1 lg Diced red pepper
1 c Diced mushrooms
Freshly ground balck pepper
2 ts Fresh sage
12 oz Pack wonton skins
Flour
Nonstick cooking spray

INSTRUCTIONS

In large skillet, warm sausage over low heat for 15 minutes. Drain
fat. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms, pepper & sage & saute over low
heat for 10 minutes; set aside. Lay skins on a well floured surface.
Brush tops with water. Fill each skin with 1 tsp. of mixture, then
fold in half diagonally; press edges to seal.  Spray a steamer basket
with nonstick spray. Place as many dumplings as possible in basket &
steam, covered, for 4-5 minutes. Repeat until all dumplings are
finished.
