INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cn | (1 pound) cream style corn (about 2 cups) |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| 1 | c | Crushed cracker crumbs |
| 1/4 | c | Minced onion |
| 3 | tb | Chopped pimento (optional) |
| 3/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | c | Buttered cracker crumbs (we use Ritz) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat corn and milk together, gradually stir in the egg. Add the next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch round casserole dish.
