INGREDIENTS

6 lb Single beef brisket
2 lg Onions, sliced
1 cl Garlic, minced
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Vinegar
1 c Catsup
1 c Water
1 tb Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place brisket in heavy skillet and brown on all sides, add onion and garlic
and brown.  All other ingredients are now added simmered (covered) until
meat is tender, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Randy Rigg
