INSTRUCTIONS
REGULAR VERSION
QUICKIE VERSION
Fry bacon, crumble & save drippings. Combine sugar, vinegar & drippings.
Heat until sugar dissolves. Layer beans, onion & almonds in large
casserole. Pour sugar mixture over beans. Cover & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving. Quickie version: Heat all
ingredients in small saucepan with a small amount of water for about 30
minutes.
