INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground lean pork
1 1/2 lb Ground round
1 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Almonds; ground fine
2 Eggs
3 tb Soy sauce
2 Cloves garlic; minced fine
2 ts Salt
Nutmeg to taste
Ginger to taste
Cornstarch
3 c Sugar
3 c Pineapple juice
3/4 c Soy sauce
6 tb White wine
1 c Vinegar
1/3 c Catsup
3 c Water
3/4 c Cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

MEATBALLS
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
Mix all meatball ingredients well; make into meatballs & roll in
cornstarch. Fry for 10 minutes. Add balls to sweet & sour sauce & simmer.
Sweet & Sour Sauce:  Combine sugar, juice, soy sauce, wine, vinegar &
catsup & bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch & water. Add to boiling
ingredients & stir until thick.
