INSTRUCTIONS
With a food processor, shred red cabbage and mince garlic clove. Heat oil
in a large nonstick pan and add garlic and cabbage. Saute over medium heat.
Wash, core, and cut apples into bite-size chunks. Add apples to cabbage
and stir well. Add remaining ingred. Cover and cook over low heat til
apples are tender, abt 7 min.
