INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 ts Active dry yeast
3 c Bread flour; or all purpose
1/3 c Wheat bran; or flour
1/3 c Sweet potato; or yams, mash, cook
1 1/2 tb Orange zest; grated
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Applesauce
3/4 c Water; *NOTE

INSTRUCTIONS

Makes a nice, soft sandwich loaf.  This is for a 1 pound loaf. *NOTE add 1
to 2 tablespoons as needed for Welbilt/Dak On Basic Bread Cycle: Add
ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
