INSTRUCTIONS
Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon
applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
