INSTRUCTIONS

PIERCE sweet potatoes several times with a fork, and place on a baking
sheet.
BAKE at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour.
STIR together sour cream and next 3 ingredients. Spoon over split baked
potatoes, and sprinkle with pecans.
